Jerry Margulies joined Home Loan Investment Bank in 2014 after being in the mortgage industry for 40 years. For 22 of those years, he was President of Mansfield Mortgage Services, Inc. In 2017, Jerry was inducted into the New England Mortgage Bankers Hall of Fame. Jerry is a Past President of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association, where he still serves on its board of directors. He was also a Director of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, where he served as its Legislative Committee Chairperson and was honored with Association's "Broker of the Year" and "President's" Awards.
Jerry is a resident of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, where he serves on the Representative Town Meeting from Precinct 5.
